Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning data domains and collaborating with Data Stewards and Technology Engineers to design and implement solutions that support our Data Transformation program. Responsibilities: Own and manage data domains in support of our Enterprise strategy Collaborate with Data Product Owners to ensure data quality, governance, and compliance. Work closely with Technology Engineers to design and implement data solutions Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards Support the Data Transformation program by identifying opportunities for data optimization and automation Ensure data integrity and consistency across various systems and platforms Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels What are we looking for? We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau). Preferences: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of wealth management and financial services is a plus. Pay Range: $136,100.00 - $226,900.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
