E80 NPC Warehouse Operator Corporate Statement Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a privately owned global leader in the manufacturing of generic drug products, over-the-counter (OTC) drug products and medical devices. We are headquartered in West Columbia, South Carolina, with additional distribution centers in Kentucky and Arizona. The facility utilizes completely automated manufacturing, packaging, and distribution systems, in addition to high volume and redundant utility systems, to ensure production system availability. Nephron specializes in Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) manufacturing, a niche technology that allows a vial of medication to be formed, filled and sealed in a continuous process, in a sterile, enclosed environment and without human intervention. As an industry leader in product safety and quality, Nephron produces a variety of inhalation solutions, and has distributed over 1 billion doses of respiratory medication per year since 2009. Nephron is currently working on research and development projects that include over 50 new products. The company's longstanding relationships with major drug wholesalers allow us to distribute our products to retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, hospitals, home care companies, and long term care facilities. Position Summary: Warehouse Operator I- •Thrives in a fast paced environment. •Ability to think one step ahead, quality focused. •Constantly meets and exceeds established productivity and quality standards. •Routinely monitor and stock WIPS /components to manufacturing/packaging / warehouse operations. •Loading and unloading box trailers. (finished products/supplies ) •Resupply distribution centers with finished goods/products •Working overtime as needed. •Performs all other duties as assigned or apparent. Position Summary: Warehouse Operator I I- •Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries. •Conducts physical inventories for department supplies. •Organizes unloading of raw material and components •Coordinates all delivery through common carriers. Inspects all packages with packing list, notifies owner thru email and updates final delivery or partial delivery in Nephron PIMS. •Ensures components and raw materials are accurately documented ,inventoried and stored •Responsible for initial training of new employees. Position Summary: Warehouse Operator III - •Responsible for maintaining effective communication with production team, sales team, and management. •Oversees warehouse shipping functions for the purpose of providing efficient operations. •Serves as a liaison for common carrier services. •Monitors and trends shift performances, provides feedback to management. Primary Accountabilities: ••Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately. •Work in shipping/receiving warehouse loading products on pallets •Ability to multi-task and work independently; to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint and follow-through to completion. •Ability to use customized inventory management system to process orders. •Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and other duties as assigned by management. •Ability to interact with all levels of management.
