Job Overview: This candidate will be a part of LPL's Field Management organization, a growing organization within LPL Financial. Field Management provides end-to-end leadership support to advisors and staff through managing personnel, practices, and properties to drive outsized growth and satisfaction. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support Field Management's Director of Marketing (DoM) within our Linsco affiliation model. This candidate will support the Linsco DoM in amplifying the individual brands of our affiliation advisors and executing against their marketing strategies. This crucial position will assist in the production and execution of things such as: planning, offline and online marketing, advertising campaigns, maintaining inventory of promotional materials, coordinating special events, maintaining marketing calendar and databases, preparing reports as well as important administrative duties. Responsibilities: Serve as the Field Management DoM's right hand in implementation of the individual affiliation advisors' marketing plans and strategies as set by the DoM. Own the tactical execution needs of each brand within Field Management-including things such as creative development, database management, budgeting, branding, promotion, etc.-and ensure BAU deliverables are implemented effectively, efficiently and on time; Leverage LPL's current tools and resources; Manage respective execution calendars. Create value-added content including print materials for advisors and brand; Shepherd the creative process working with vendor partners such as website designers, printers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, etc. with a focus on quality execution. Oversee the end-to-end management of advisor websites; Schedule and organize the creation, approval, activation and decommissioning of website content, etc.; Consistently monitor functionality and performance of advisor websites and enhance as needed. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for the affiliation model as defined by the Field Management DoM; Monitor and report on the performance. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, etc.; Own governance of all assets within the team's scope, such as advisor materials, websites, social posts, etc.; Work closely with Compliance Department to ensure efforts fall within the regulatory guidelines; Stay informed of changes, ensure proper processes are followed and adjust as needed. Responsible for event execution set within the Field Management DoM's plan; Assist in the organization, coordination, and successful end-to-end execution of events-including end-investor (retail) client events; Solicit feedback then incorporate in the future events to demonstrate our commitment to delivering excellence. Build relationships with key stakeholders, advisor clients, vendor partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of efforts; Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Compliance, Operations, Technology, Transitions and Business Development; Support affiliation advisors via phone and email. Support broader needs of the team including administrative, special projects, database and client list maintenance, reporting, etc. as assigned by the Field Management DoM. Act as owner when executing against the team's mandates with an eye to operational excellence, while maintaining a nimble approach and ability to pivot when appropriate. What are we looking for? Requirements: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of previous marketing or media agency experience; Must be savvy in the realms of traditional and digital marketing. Core Competencies: Highly collaborative self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities. Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Mindset to perpetuate and demonstrate the importance of brand management. Preferences: Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business or commensurate work experience preferred. Strong familiarity and/or proficiency with CRM platforms, the MS Office suite, HubSpot, Smartsheet, Box, SalesForce, etc. Financial services experience a plus; Not required. Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of common software packages, social media platforms, mail platforms, task management software and database management systems. Must possess soft skills including, but not limited to emotional intelligence, collaboration, initiative, work ethic, culture fit and accountability. Ability to work flexible hours or to travel, as needed (minimal expected). Pay Range: $74,600.00 - $124,400.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
