Who we are looking for: First Eagle is looking for an Associate National Account Manager to support the management of distribution firm relationships and our internal partners across the organization. What you will do: Support Senior National Account Managers with Tier 1 & 2 broker/dealer relationships Assist your Sr. National Account Managers in developing and executing strategic plans for Tier 1 and 2 accounts Prepare detailed meeting materials including agendas, prep notes, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up items for execution Conduct research and gather key data points on sales, clients, industry trends, and competitors to support decision-making and strategic planning. Take responsibility for managing specific elements of Tier 1 and 2 relationships, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through for both clients and Sr. National Account Managers Lead or collaborate on special projects that aim to enhance client relationships, streamline processes, or support account growth initiatives. Periodic travel for client visits and events Lead account management for assigned Tier 2 and 3 firms Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for assigned Tier 2 and 3 firms Develop and execute on strategic business plans for these relationships Track sales progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and actively seek new opportunities to increase revenue within the assigned accounts. Assist in the timely creation and negotiation of contracts, proposals, and agreements. General support for internal stakeholders Assist in creating presentations for senior leadership and other key stakeholders Work with the marketing team to facilitate the creation, approval, and distribution of relevant marketing materials for client engagement. Create and maintain up-to-date reference materials, tools, and guides for the field sales team Assist with responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and other client inquiries, ensuring all data is accurate and responses are timely. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and client trends to proactively identify new opportunities and areas of growth. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skill set The qualities you should have: Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of national accounts or sales experience Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the investment management industry Series 7 is required, Series 63, 65 or 66 will be required within first 6-12 months of employment Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time Thorough understanding of the asset management industry and distribution framework Proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; additional software expertise in Salesforce, Morningstar, Tableau, , etc. Efficient organizational and coordination skills necessary for management of firms and projects Professional approach to work with a service orientation including strong verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends, providing insights that influence strategy and decision-making. Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and team dynamics in a fast-paced environment. Base Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and sales commissions.
