Role: Associate Creative Director, Art Location: Trenton, NJ preferred (open to remote) Rate: up to $60/hr Temp-to-Hire: converting up to $120k Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. Clutch is looking for an ACD, Art with agency experience for a client of ours. Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with the Creative Director, you direct the creative on client programs within the agency, from concept generation through to design execution Provide guidance and feedback to the design team during the course of projects Track design team's production, including hours, billing, and project management updates for clients Maintain brand standards and design systems as we continue to grow, especially in the UX/UI space Provide direction and inspiration, while also in constant communication with the team Contribute ideas and original concepts for 360 campaigns Responsibility for the day-to-day ownership of the quality of creative deliverables across a range of projects Requirements & Skills: Bachelors in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or similar Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other innovative design tools required. Strong branding and design skills required Experience managing creative team and billing hours required Retouching capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, and communicate status appropriately Previous experience managing a team in an agency setting required If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today.
