Spectrum Painting in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey is hiring two (2) full-time Sales Estimator positions . Not everyone will qualify, so please read the requirements carefully. First year, on-goal total compensation up to $125,000 with no cap, plus benefits You will be covering primarily North Jersey, focused on developing Residential and Commercial opportunities and sales. You live within 45 minutes of Pompton Lakes, NJ. You have three (3) or more years of sales experience selling to residential and commercial (B2B) customers, including a 1-2 call closing process. You do not need trade industry experience. You have the following sales capabilities: A love for competition Ability to consistently and frequently ask for the sale Proactively build a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities Use a consultative approach to selling, with good listening and questioning skills.
