AVP E&S Binding Underwriting Leader Summary: The client seeks an experienced AVP E&S Binding Underwriting Leader to manage and develop a high-performing underwriting team in the Dresher, PA office. The ideal candidate will lead 2 UW managers and 13 team members, driving growth and profitability across the East territory's commercial lines portfolio. Location: Dresher, PA office (3x weekly in-person requirement) Key Responsibilities: Directly manage 2 Underwriting Managers, indirectly lead 13 team members Develop and implement growth strategies for East territory Lead team performance, coaching, and professional development Oversee binding division with $100M+ book of business Manage agency relationships across 150+ storefronts Conduct performance reviews and strategic planning Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in insurance underwriting Strong Excel skills, including pivot table proficiency Experience in strategic planning and budgeting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience managing performance reviews Agency management and engagement background
