Immediate opening for Housing Specialist for our Danbury client. Work 4 days - Mondays - Thursdays - 35 hr work weekHousing Specialist duties will include:Maintain resident files, coordinate move-in/move-outSupport residents needs and coordinate any maintenance issuesCoordinate unit inspections as neededManage process for delinquent accounts, poste charges/creditsMonitor and manage vacant units by coordinating with admissions & maintenanceOccasionally meet with residents regarding issues or concernsHousing Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:Excellent oral and written communication skills2+ yrs experience in administrative/office role - Property exp a strong plusMS Word and ExcelAbility to prioritize and organize in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently to deadlinesPleasant personality and patienceBilingual English/Spanish a plusHours will be 7:45am 5:30pm, Monday - Thursdays - 35 hour work weekPay rate - $20 hrImmediate need for long term assignment.APPLY NOW and follow up with us at Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
