Our client, a unicorn cybersecurity startup, is seeking an experienced Program Manager (marketing & services) to help our marketing and strategy team optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. Must live in the USA cybersecurity experience is a huge advantage. This is NOT a director-level position. ABOUT YOU: In this role, you will be responsible for project managing marketing and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving projects to success. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and strategy projects, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors to coordinate project activities and dependencies. Timeline Oversight: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and resolving any issues that may delay deliverables. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for project updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of timelines, progress, and potential risks. Resource Management: Identify resource needs and manage allocation to support successful project execution. Process Improvement: Analyze and refine project workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes for future initiatives. Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential road REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in B2B SaaS companies. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Skills: Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Tools: Highly experienced in project management tools like Asana or Jira.
