But we can't do it alone - you in? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), scheduling training sessions, tracking and reporting on learning success measures, and supporting various project initiatives & HR teams. Additionally, this role will support our University Relations and Summer Internship program. This role requires excellent organizational and coordination skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively and support others effectively. This role will be a hybrid role based out of our New York office. Candidates must be able to work from our New York office 2-3 times/ week. What you'll do: 1. LMS Administration: Manage and maintain the Learning Management System. Upload and organize training materials and resources. Enroll users and manage user accounts and permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues. 2. Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, both virtual and in-person. Coordinate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs. Manage training calendars and communicate schedules. 3. Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track training attendance and completion rates. Collect and analyze data to measure learning success and effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and participant feedback. 4. Internship Program: Assist with administration of Summer Internship Program 5. General & Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of various HR projects. Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance related to HR programs. You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines. What you should have: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus. Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 + overtime eligible This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
