Job Summary: This position plays a key role in developing and executing the dealership-level marketing strategy, events, and activities for the dealership.  Responsibilities: - Communication Work alongside the Dealer Leadership team (General Manager and Department Managers) to ensure a local marketing plan is documented and scheduled to drive the business for each location Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors to promote the dealership's business Gather, report, and share best practices and after-action reviews of marketing activities - Retail Environment Perform weekly visits to all assigned dealerships to review POP kits, in-store collateral, and overall dealership readiness Manage requests from local dealerships for POP kits, online content, and events Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines - Events Perform dealership SWOT analyses to develop a quarterly event strategy Develop and ensure delivery of dealership-specific event programming to generate traffic and brand awareness Coordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite, for each dealership - Any Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications: A passion for the industry is highly desirable.
