Order Entry Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist with 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity located in Melville, New York for candidates in the customer service industry. Responsibilities: Process customer orders received via phone, email, or online platforms accurately and in a timely manner. Enter order details into the company's order management system, ensuring all information is complete and accurate. Provide product information and answer customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, shipping, and returns. Resolve customer complaints or concerns, providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped according to customer expectations. Track and follow up on backordered or delayed products, informing customers of updates in a timely manner. Maintain accurate customer records and order history in the database. Assist in the preparation of reports related to order status, customer service metrics, and inventory levels.
