CUSTODIAN Department: Maintenance Location: Lakewood, WA Position Status: Full Time, Hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 1pm Position Location: Onsite Salary: $17 - $20 depending on experience ABOUT THE POSITION Are you an energetic, can-do, get-it-done person who enjoys cleaning and is seeking a job as a Custodian / Janitor? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties. Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and employee breakroom. Performs ground maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks/parking lot. Maintains a neat and orderly janitors' room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Required Competencies: Detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to keep Print NW clean and orderly. Ability to interact with employees and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
