With the recent approval/launch of our Neurology compound, our cutting-edge Alzheimer's disease drug, we are entering an exciting growth phase. This newly created position, Director of Advanced & Omnichannel Analytics , will play a crucial role in shaping our success by leveraging data to predict future performance and optimize our marketing and sales strategies. Position Overview: The Director, Advanced & Omnichannel Analytics is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for advancing our organization's capability to predict market trends, monitor demand shifts, and optimize marketing investments. You'll work cross-functionally with teams in Marketing Insights, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Managed Markets to bridge the gap between historical reporting and forward-looking analytics. This role will support both our Neurology and Oncology portfolios, starting with a focus on Neurology, and will be instrumental in predicting future sales and identifying key growth territories across the US. This is a player/coach role where you will both lead and execute, working hands-on with data, conducting ROI modeling, regression analysis, and other predictive techniques. You will collaborate with external partners like PwC and Iqvia, as well as play a pivotal role in omnichannel marketing analytics, which is crucial to gathering and analyzing data from customer interactions across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Predictive Analytics: Use advanced data modeling and statistical techniques to predict future sales performance, identify key territories, and inform strategic decisions. Omnichannel Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel analytics strategy aligned with our sales and marketing goals. Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the evolution of a data-driven decision-making culture by utilizing cutting-edge analytical methodologies and best practices across the organization. ROI & Marketing Mix Modeling: Conduct in-depth regression analysis and ROI modeling to guide promotional investment decisions and optimize business growth. Collaboration with Third Parties: Partner with external vendors like PwC and Iqvia to leverage external data and enhance the analytics capabilities within the organization. Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and commercial functions to develop and implement targeted strategies based on customer segments and omnichannel insights. Presentation & Communication: Deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Future Growth: As we expand our Alzheimer's portfolio, this role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and leadership in the evolving analytics landscape. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and ROI measurement, ideally within marketing or business intelligence functions. At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting Oncology or Neurology portfolios. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience in omnichannel analytics, including the ability to analyze customer interactions across digital, social, email, and other channels. Strong presentation skills, with experience communicating complex analytics to senior leadership. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex data analytics projects. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics. Familiarity with commonly used pharmaceutical data sources. Experience leading data analytics initiatives specifically within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries. Why Join Us?
