Due to continued growth, we are seeking an additional Senior Structural Engineer - Project Manager to support our South Hackensack, NJ Team. As a Senior Structural Engineer/ Project Manager, you will be responsible for all phases of structural project development including planning, inspection, analysis, design, technical specifications, scheduling, cost/quantity estimating, and report preparation. Responsibilities: Simple and complex bridges and culverts A wide variety of additional transportation-related structures including retaining walls, culverts, sign structures, bridges and other miscellaneous structures A variety of waterfront structures and dams A variety of building and parking garage structures Pump stations and ancillary utility authority structures Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: BS Degree in Civil Engineering (MS Preferred) Candidates must either possess an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey NJDOT and NJ Turnpike Authority experience required 7+ years of fundamental structural design experience which includes: Simple and complex bridges and culverts Engineering experience in a variety of additional transportation-related structures including retaining walls, culverts, sign structures, bridges and other miscellaneous structures, including waterfront structures and dams Preferred experience (not required): building and parking garage structures; Pump stations and ancillary utility authority structures Experience working on bridge inspection and design projects is preferred Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation) Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong oral and written communication skills We recognize that the best way to provide services of the highest quality is by investing in our employees.
