Responsibilities: Design and develop custom workflows and forms using K2 SmartForms and K2 Five Workflow Designer. Rewrite and modernize existing K2 SmartForms to conform to the organization's design system. Optimize attachment handling processes to improve system performance and usability. Standardize forms and views to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability. Manage and maintain the K2 Management System, ensuring optimal security and performance. Lead system upgrades, including migrations from K2 blackpearl to K2 Five. Collaborate with database administrators to design and maintain efficient, scalable data structures. Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support K2 workflows and forms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, forms, and database integration. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users. Qualifications and Skills: 5-10 years of experience in K2 development, workflow automation, and database development. Expertise in: K2 SmartForms K2 Five Workflow Designer K2 Management System K2 black pearl K2 Five upgrades and migrations Database development (e.g., SQL Server) Writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
