Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Assisting with customers' queries. Provide emergency service on weekends as needed. Attend training as required by Facilities Director. Complete monthly facility safety checks and logs. This includes verifying all areas of building facility is working appropriately including all emergency exit signs, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and all proper certifications are maintained. Assist the HVAC Technicians with any HVAC work as needed. This may require overnight work.
