Heavy Civil Superintendent WV

Gpac has partnered with the fastest growing Heavy Civil Contractor in the area and they are looking to add a Superintendent Superintendent Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and other municate effectively with all team members to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.Superintendent Qualifications:                                   3 years & proven background experience as a Superintendent in the CivilHeavy construction field.Strong knowledge in Heavy Civil Construction methods, Bridge and Highway expierence, materials, and safety standards.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.Familiarity with project management software and tools.OSHA certification and other relevant qualifications are a plus.Benefits:401k Match 6%Health, Life, DentalCompany Truck or a Fuel CardEmployee Stock OptionsIf you are qualified, please submit your resume confidentially.
