SAP Solution ArchitectLocation: Newark, DE (3 Days Onsite, HYBRID)This position's primary responsibility will be to lead and manage SAP transformation Programs efforts at different stages from Business Process Design to solution design, development and deployment. The role will require extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA Utilities (ISU). Looking for a candidate with a strong utility domain background and an expert who understands industry-specific needs, with extensive experience supporting and implementing SAP solutions for Gas or Electric Utilities. The Candidate will need to have experience in CIS, FI and other SAP IS-U solutions in North American Utilities markets. Rich experience in the Utilities Industry with in-depth industry expertise including the industrydigitaltechnology trends. This role requires a broad understanding of the SAP's IS-Utilities solution and broad knowledge in various key areas which can include: Customer ServiceFront OfficeC4C, Device Management, AMI, Billing, FI-CA, SAP Financials, Cloud for Energy, Cloud for Utilities, etc.Who you are:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.10+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP systems, solutions and technologiesA minimum of 7 years SAP experience in the Utilities Industry with a focus on the IS-U solution (S4 HANA Utilities) and meter-to-cash functionality with C4C Service CloudFull-cycle implementation experience in utility (ElectricityWaterGas) Domain, with hands on technical and deployment experience of CIS & Billing Systems in SAP UtilitiesShould be able to do As-Is, To-Be models, do the BRD designblue-prints, able to map business process to best practicesExposure to US Regulated and De-Regulated MarketsShould be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in SAP ISU with proficiency in WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, and Forms)Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end to end solution and perform issue resolutions during support Post-Go Live tegration experience with edge systems - finance system (GL), GIS, Payment, Bill Print, Credit and collection applications, dispatch portal, meter reading and call center applicationsExperience of leading functional and technical teams, working with consultantsSMEs and leading them through the project life cycle and support activitiesExperience managing and supporting production environments and AMS servicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
