Job Title: Finance Support Job Description We are seeking an experienced Finance Support professional to join our team. This role involves supporting the forecasting efforts of operating expenses, headcount, and resource allocation. You will also manage requisitions and headcount in the roster and create and manage PL reporting in financial systems such as Cognos. Responsibilities Support forecasting efforts of operating expenses, headcount, and resource allocation. Manage requisitions and headcount in the roster. Create and manage PL reporting in financial systems such as Cognos. Engage in business planning for the next year, including a 3-year plan and quarterly forecasts. Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts. Utilize COGNOS or similar systems such as ORACLE for financial planning. Help with headcount management or planning. Work with large data sets, including database management and automation skills. Participate in weekly meetings and monthly financial reviews, with some daily syncs during heavy planning cycles. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in finance support. Proficiency in data analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial planning software such as Cognos or ORACLE. Ability to manage large data sets. Additional Skills & Qualifications BA required Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The team engages in weekly meetings and monthly financial reviews, with potential for some daily syncs during heavier planning cycles. There is a possibility for extension and conversion. The role involves working in a monetization business through advertising, providing a broad view of different programs and products offered.
