This leadership role is critical in developing and executing innovative strategies to reduce shrinkage and safeguard our assets. As the Director, you will set standards, lead a dynamic team, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, thrive under pressure, and have a proven success record in managing talent. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of experience in asset protection, with a minimum of 8 years in retail field management and 5 years in multi-site leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. We seek someone with a background in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy organizations; experience within a retail pharmacy setting is a plus. The Director must have exceptional integrity, strong communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be prepared for extensive travel (up to 60%).
