We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT senior Manager to join our team to oversee the technology platforms and applications that support the company's financial and accounting operations. This role will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of finance-related applications, ensuring that these tools meet the organization's business needs and operations efficiently. The position involves close collaboration with finance teams, ensuring that IT solutions align with financial processes, compliance requirements, and business objectives. This role requires a blend of financial & accounting expertise and strong IT acumen to align planning & implementation with the organization's technology strategy and supports strategic decision-making. Champion our methodology to ensure consistency of service and completion of all milestones and deliverables to plan. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of our internal and external Finance and Accounting systems. The IT Finance Manager ensures the effective allocation of resources, oversees IT investments, and supports strategic decision-making. Your expertise will drive the optimization of finance and accounting processes and data flow, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience for our organization. Partner with finance leadership to understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term financial goals. Manage day-to-day support activities, including troubleshooting issues, responding to user queries, and ensuring effective communication between IT and finance teams. Ensure timely upgrades, patches, and maintenance of finance systems to mitigate risks and enhance performance. Act as the primary liaison between IT, HR, Finance, legal, etc. teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of priorities. Oversee access control, data security, system audits, etc. ensuring proper internal controls are maintained. Ensure finance systems are compliant with industry regulations such as SOX, etc. as well as internal IT governance policies. Coordinate with external auditors and internal compliance teams to ensure finance systems meet regulatory and reporting requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes through automation and system improvements, leveraging technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or AI-driven analytics. Manage vendor relationships to optimize service levels and ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Implement best practices for financial system governance, continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve the efficiency and capabilities of finance applications. Proactively suggest improvements to finance-related IT infrastructure that will increase scalability, reduce costs, and improve performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing IT systems, with a strong focus on financial applications (e.g., SAGE, OneStream, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.). Proven experience managing the lifecycle of finance applications, including deployment, maintenance, and end-user support. Strong knowledge of financial processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting). Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks like SOX, GAAP, IFRS, etc. Excellent project management skills, with experience leading large IT projects - including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience working in a cross-functional environment, with strong communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders. General Compensation Disclosure: The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
