The SOAR Program consists of rotational experience that will give you exposure to several functional areas within Enclos. These functional areas include Design, Estimating, Engineering, Shop, Field and Project Management. The SOAR program is an entry level opportunity. As you rotate through each of these segments, much of your learning will be on-the-job and supplemented with on-line learning opportunities presented to you through our in-house learning portal, Cornerstone Learning. The key to the SOAR Program is taking the experiences you learn and effectively apply them in your daily work activities. This unique training experience is like no other - SOAR with Enclos! Las Vegas Raiders Stadium 30 Hudson Yards in New York City Chase Center Arena in San Franscisco Position Overview: Enclos is seeking candidates for the Project Coordinator role through our SOAR (Succession Opportunities through Advanced Rotation) Program. This program provides hands-on training and experience for individuals beginning their Project Management careers with a specialty contractor. Enclos offers support in locating short-term housing and financial assistance to offset relocation costs during rotations. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Coordinator, you will gain expertise through rotations in Design, Estimating, Engineering, Shop, Field, and Project Management. The SOAR Program includes nationwide travel, with rotations in either our West Region (Eagan, MN / Phoenix, AZ / San Diego, CA / Sacramento, CA) or East Region (Eagan, MN / Chester, VA / New York City, NY / Washington D.C.). Training Includes: Mentorship by industry experts Hands-on work experience Online learning via our in-house portal Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Relevant work experience in engineering or construction (preferred but not required) Familiarity with Construction Management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel and relocate across the U.S. Compensation and Benefits: Enclos offers a competitive salary, benefits, and housing coordination for all SOAR Program rotations.
