Join Our Team as a Senior Safety Manager! Job Summary Are you passionate about safety and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a vibrant Senior Safety Manager to lead our safety programs and policies at our manufacturing facilities. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the site leadership team to promote a Zero Injury Safety Culture, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with regulations while keeping the workplace safe and enjoyable for all Team Members. Responsibilities - Promote a Zero Injury Safety Culture with enthusiasm! - Develop and implement creative safety programs and policies. - Conduct lively safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards. - Investigate accidents with a problem-solving mindset. - Engage Team Members with interactive safety training sessions. - Lead energetic corporate safety committee meetings and initiatives. - Stay updated on industry best practices with a positive attitude. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Energetic knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a touch of creativity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a fun twist. - Ability to lead and influence others in a dynamic way. - Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) would be amazing! Physical Demands - Must be able to move with enthusiasm - stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and talk. - Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. - Travel required, up to 75-80% of the time to keep things lively!
