Specific responsibilities include: Social media Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote podcast on various social media websites Create and distribute content including infographics, audio clips and Reels on social media (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, potentially TikTok) Create evergreen clips for archive content Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability Podcast production Help create shownotes, including timestamps Create episode art using Canva template Help with inviting guests on the podcast using Calendly Strategize guest appearances on other podcasts Optimize for Apple Podcasts and Spotify Podcast analytics, using Captivate Website and marketing Assistance with creating and designing blog posts Search Engine Optimization and keywords Create Mailchimp newsletters Implement podcast marketing strategies Qualifications: Impeccable oral and written communication skills, creative, attention to detail.
