The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a clear sales strategy to drive ETF assets and revenue, with a focus on the territory of New York City. This role involves direct coverage and development of relationships with the largest asset manager and hedge fund clients, representing the brand, and acting as a subject matter expert. The candidate should be adept at managing key relationships, collaborating with internal resources, and becoming an expert in the company's products and their use cases. To excel in this position, the candidate must have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, global capital markets products, and the asset manager investor base. A positive attitude, strong communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. The role requires a motivated individual with the ability to generate creative solutions, be intellectually curious, and have a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a FINRA Series 7 and 63, with an MBA or CFA preferred, and at least 5 years of industry experience, particularly with derivatives, ETF, and/or fixed income. The role also involves representing the firm at client presentations, industry events, and forums and may require travel of 25-40%.
