Position OverviewThe Analyst will primarily be responsible for transactional analysis, commission calculations, and data entry within the commission compensation system. This person will be the main point of contact for retail stores regarding day to day commission questions and corrections. In addition, the Analyst will work closely with his/her manager and other functional groups such as Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Payroll to support company initiatives and incentives. Lastly, this role will support any changes or enhancements that may be required. Key AccountabilitiesTransactional Analysis and Commission CalculationsValidate transactional data flow daily to ensure accuracy for commission payouts and reporting Respond to user inquiries and disputes timely to ensure an accurate payoutSupport corporate merchandise incentives to drive salesApply complex formulas in Excel to validate data and incentivesSupport Projects and Enhancements within AchievePerform User Acceptance Testing and document defects/fixesPartner with IT and other functional groups for system updates errors and fixesRecommend changes to improve the system/dashboards to upper managementAd-hoc Reporting and Functional SupportProvide reporting to different corporate groups as neededRecap sales performance following incentives to determine effectivenessPull data from different sources to improve decision making and analyticsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree or equivalentMust be analytical and very detail orientedPrevious experience with retail systems, preferably with POS and commission systemsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment3 - 5 years Retail experiencePreferredCommission systems such as Varicent's ICM platformData integration/data warehouse systemsAnalytics tools such as Tableau or Business ObjectsThe hiring range for this position ranges from $74,035 - $100,165. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. Minimum Salary: 74,035 Maximum Salary: 100,165 Salary Unit: Yearly
