PRIMARY FUNCTION : Manager, EHR Clinical Applications are responsible for oversight of multiple application teams/ analysts. They must be very knowledgeable about the organization#39;s policies, procedures, and business operations and coordinate all issues that arise during installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and upgrading for their application areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serves as primary point person for IT manager/ Director for associated application teams Provides resource allocation/ assignment delegation to analyst staff Collaborates with IST and operational leadership to drive priorities and escalate/ resolve barriers and issues Manages analyst staff (Scheduling, Performance Assessment) Partners with other application teams to drive system integration and efficiencies Develops / documents procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks Serves as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications Prepares details of specifications as needed Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES : Designing application configuration along with stakeholders Serving as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Bachelorrsquo;s Degree, Masterrsquo;s Degree preferred. _________________________________________________________________________CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION: Relevant application certification(s) preferred _________________________________________________________________________ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4 + years work experience in healthcare, information systems, or healthcare IT About Jefferson Nationally ranked, Jefferson, which is principally located in the greater Philadelphia region, Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, is reimagining health care and higher education to create unparalleled value.
