???? EXCLUSIVE LITIGATION SUPPORT OPPORTUNITY IN NYC ???? Prestigious firm seeking to welcome an EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION PARALEGAL to their midtown office. ???? Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Wed/Thurs anchor days) ???? Hours: 9:30am 5:30pm ? Paid Overtime & Bonus ???? Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 Essential functions: ? Act as liaison between attorneys and clients on employee benefit matters ? Assist with case preparation for trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings, manage case files, and organize case-related documents ? Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices ? Conduct legal research on labor laws, court rulings, and precedents relevant to employment cases, including cite checking and quotes ? Assist in preparation and submission of materials to government agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service ? Assist with preparation of binders and distributions ? Process and prepare audit letters Education: Bachelors degree (B.A. or BS), 3.5 GPA or above , and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2+ years of on-point Litigation and/or Employee & Employment Benefits paralegal experience. Qualifications: ? Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation ? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents ? Ability to manage heavy work load and multiple concurrent assignments ? Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with team ? To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an understanding of employment law and employee benefits law, and excellent legal research abilities
