Required to have previous experience in a kitchen with knowledge of proper food handling practices. It is a small kitchen with a limited menu that will continue to grow. Must be able to work long hours in a fast paced environment and lift over 50 pounds. Employees are required to work all positions in the kitchen (prep cook, line cook, and dishwasher) due to the small size. Must be a team player that has strong communication skills in a high stress environment. We are a family owned and operated business with a small close knit team.
