This is a hands-on role requiring field presence and collaboration with trade partners, construction managers, and other departments. ?Your Responsibilities: Lead and mentor field construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. Monitor and evaluate trade partner performance, ensuring improvements where needed. Uphold strict quality and safety standards, ensuring homes are 100% complete before closing. Collaborate with leadership to refine construction plans, cycle times, and execution strategies. Represent company values while fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented culture. ????What Were Looking For: Strong experience in home building or residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, building codes, and scopes of work. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and construction software (Hyphen BuildPro preferred).
