Paul Hastings is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join the Structured Credit practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team and be a key member of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice and have extensive client contact and responsibilities. Our Structured Credit team handles collateralized loan obligations ("CLO") as well as other securitization transactions, asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated) and other sophisticated finance transactions, and our clients are leading international investment banks and asset managers. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and as innovative as our clients. This position may reside in New York, Washington, D.C., or Los Angeles and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually).
