Requirements Position Summary: The Human Resources Director will participate in developing HR policies, procedures and guidelines while directing HR activities across multiple disciplines including compensation, benefits, HRIS, labor relations, recruitment, employment, employee development, safety, worker's compensation, payroll, and other HR related services. The Human Resources Director will have oversight of Human Resources throughout our United States operations and will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure our HR strategy is executed uniformly across the company. Responsibilities: Enhance organizational strategies to promote an issue free workplace. Implement HR strategies that promote a pro-employee work environment. Analyze wage and salary data to develop, update and revise compensation plans. Identify legal requirements affecting HR functions and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting requirement are in full compliance. Develop and administer performance review programs to ensure the company has an effective, uniform program to evaluate employees across organization. Administer benefits programs such as life, health, 401K plans, PTO, sick leave, LOA, and employee assistance programs. Lead the effective implementation, and support operation and development of the company's HRIS systems. Support leadership by providing HR-related advice while insuring uniform and fair application of all policies and procedures throughout the company. Guide leadership and employee actions by developing, updating, and revising policies and procedures and effectively communicate and enforce the same to ensure that organizational values are. Manage worker's compensation administration. Enhance policies and procedures pertaining to employee discipline and departures. Streamline recruiting, hiring and training practices to create a superior workforce. Manage results across the HR department ensuring the appropriate policies, procedures and key performance measurements are in place Drive talent management programs and succession planning at all levels with the company Oversight of compliance programs Lead investigations of HR-related matters Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related. 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
