Bookkeeper Position with Property Management Focus in Philadelphia, PA Seeking an individual with bookkeeping experience in the field of property management. Responsibilities include: • Managing finances for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. • Collaborate with tenants and vendors to optimize asset value and customer satisfaction. • Use our online portal to track property income and expenses and handle rent, late fees, and utility bills. • Manage payables such as taxes, mortgage payments, and vendor invoices using specialized software (Appfolio). We require a detail-oriented, organized team player for this role. Be responsible for processing all property expenses and addressing tenant payment issues.
