Description Job Title: Operations Field Responsibilities: Supervise and assist with the setup and breakdown of events. Coordinate staff to ensure efficient and organized workflow. Drive non-CDL vehicles to and from event sites. Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed. Manage and maintain accurate paperwork for event operations. Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client. Position Tasks & Activities: Coordinate with Ready to Dig agencies for tent installations or digging. Log delivery and setup times. Communicate with the warehouse manager about inventory for deliveries and pickups. Advise warehouse manager on driver utilization and monitor drivers' progress throughout their shifts. Update clients on delivery changes. Complete routing forms, load sheets, and provide drivers with maps and instructions. Maintain inventory control for both warehouse and vehicles, ensuring vehicle safety through daily inspections. Collaborate with sales staff on delivery priorities and inform management of any issues. Fill in for other roles when needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and attend meetings as required. Network with industry professionals and perform other duties as assigned.
