Job Responsibilities The Administrative Specialist for the Foundation will maintain the Foundation Office's CRM, to include data entry and records control (upload new constituents, process NCOAs, information updates for constituents), and processing queries as needed). Provides various levels of administrative support to include, clerical, reception, travel coordination, purchase orders, and scheduling and coordinating meetings and special events. Manages the distribution of SCC's Foundation student scholarship program. Collaborates in the creation and distribution of promotional materials. - Provides various levels of administrative support to include, clerical, reception, travel coordination, purchase orders, and scheduling and coordinating meeting and special events. Maintains and reconciles the overall budget for the Foundation. - Accurately processes, records and reconciles gifts and donations received by the college. Works close with Business Office staff to ensure transparency, accuracy and timely reporting with overall gift management and bookkeeping. - Effectively communicates with Foundation donors, prospects, and alumni through various methods and strategies. - Manages timelines on multiple projects and strategic initiatives. Coordinates research on prospects including individuals, corporations and foundations to aid Director of Development and Executive Director in philanthropic strategy. - Manages the distribution of SCC's Foundation student scholarship program. Maintains accounting of scholarship and emergency awards. Provides accurate oversight of the Foundation's expenditures, endowments, property to ensure fiscal responsible to the Foundation board. - Collaborates with Advancement office staff and Marketing in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for various donor and alumni campaigns and events. Minimum and Additional Requirements High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in related area, with a minimum of 4 years related work experience.
