Role Responsibilities: Financial Analyst Calculate losses from publicly traded investments under the securities laws accounting methodologies Analyze corporate insider transactions to determine the profit they realized from selling shares Perform comparative analyses to determine potential arguments for legal cases Work with the firm's attorneys regarding quantitative aspects of litigation Preferred Qualifications: Financial Analyst 5+ years of related experience in an FP&A role; ideal industries include: Law Firm, Financial Services Investment Management firms Bachelors in AccountingFinance; MBA is a major plus High level of advanced Excel and other reporting software; Bloomberg Terminal is a plus Experience managing and training a team #LI-RP2
