This individual will manage a regional, field-based sales team focused on specialist provider offices and will be expected to provide leadership, sales management and coaching to drive provider referrals and patient encounters as the Company seeks to achieve its growth objectives. JOB SUMMARY The Regional Vice President, Provider Sales is responsible for leading the company's efforts to market its services to specialty providers across IVX Health's current and new markets. This individual will manage a regional, field-based sales team focused on specialist provider offices and will be expected to provide leadership, sales management and coaching to drive provider referrals and patient encounters as the Company seeks to achieve its growth objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop and execute sales strategies to successfully attain referral and encounter targets both at the regional level and across individual markets. Oversee and manage the field sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance. Recruit, train, and onboard sales representatives to maintain a highly skilled and motivated sales force. Set clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team members' progress, providing constructive feedback and coaching via field ride alongs, deep dives and other market meetings. Hold sales team accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives and execute effective performance redirection/management when needed in conjunction with company tools and resources provided. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement. Implement sales forecasting methodologies to predict market trends, future growth opportunity and ensure adequate staffing/support to facilitate successful expansion in new and existing markets. Monitor referral trends and conversion rates, identifying areas of concern and implementing corrective actions. Support efforts to identify opportunities to partner with hospital systems and large healthcare providers to enhance market presence and gain market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners as well as key clients and accounts, ensuring high provider satisfaction. Leverage internal systems, including an EMR and CRM system, to monitor sales activities, track referral progress, and generate comprehensive reports for thorough review, analysis, and informed decision-making to optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement. Forge strong partnerships with other regional leaders and market team members, promoting collaboration and synergy to drive operational and sales efficiency. Collaborate with the marketing and sales operations team to identify sales specific needs and develop tailored strategies and campaigns. Engage in collaborative efforts to design, align, and manage market/territory strategies, ensuring effective implementation and coordination for optimal outcomes. Develop market visibility channels to enhance penetration and increase brand visibility among both providers and patients. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics. Identify, analyze, and monitor industry, regulatory, and market-based trends that affect provider dynamics. Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Working extended hours may be required as needed Qualifications ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Strategic, action-oriented leader with strong management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding and working knowledge of industry, market trends, and provider customer types is preferred Strong working knowledge of managed care plans, insurance carriers, referrals, and precertification procedures, as well as documentation guidelines Competitive spirit, with customer-focused attitude Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external employees at all levels Knowledge and proficiency with standard office software applications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business management, Healthcare Management, or related field 5+ years' experience in provider healthcare business development, ideally in a referral-based business 2+ years managing a team including sales, account, and sales operations staff Proven track record of success in service-based, provider sales environment, including but not limited to improved rep performance over time, increased market share capture from existing referral sources and the development of novel selling strategies Proven experience building, managing, tracking, and executing upon a sales pipeline of prospects EEO STATEMENT IVX Health is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
