Your Role The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and influencing multiple P&L line items for Victoria's Secret + PINK Marketing, including Store and Digital channels. The position is expected to perform complex ad hoc analysis on a regular basis, assist in special projects, support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements. Your Impact P&L management - provide accurate and detailed forecasts that highlight risks and opportunities through monthly financial close processes Lead seasonal budget process across Marketing and Brand Finance, aligned to financial objectives of the enterprise Clearly articulate and present ideas, insights, and analytical findings to Senior Leadership Convey complex topics in a clear and easily understood manner to both financial & non-financial partners Develop strong cross functional partnerships and provide excellent customer service Obtain and organize data warehouse information for business analysis and reporting while providing insights into data Refine existing financial models, and develop new models, to better predict and influence operating expense performance and to identify/minimize risks Develop financial models and reports that are flexible, accurate, and clearly present key findings and assumptions Independently solve problems Utilize large-scale accounting and financial systems (SAP, MicroStrategy, Smartsheet, etc.) Support ad hoc analytical project work with consistent accuracy Complete Quarterly deliverables related to Earnings, Monthly Business Reviews, etc Click here for benefit details related to this position. Your Experience Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or advanced degree a plus 4-6 years of financial experience, specifically in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis Ability to think creatively and analytically, with a focus on continuous improvement, and demonstrate the drive to achieve results in a fast paced environment Comfortable with an environment of change and group decision making Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint #LI-Hybrid #LI-DS1 We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
