We are a 3-day in-office hybrid company and are seeking employees in the local Phoenix, AZ area to join our dynamic team! What's the job? The Enterprise Project Coordinator will play a critical role in assisting both the Enterprise Operations Manager and the Enterprise Product Operations Manager. This individual will focus on ensuring that Lofty's enterprise clients experience smooth migrations, from onboarding to post-launch support. By managing day-to-day coordination tasks, the Project Coordinator enables the managers to focus on strategic initiatives, ensuring that all aspects of enterprise projects are aligned, efficient, and well-communicated. Enterprise Team Support & Coordination Coordinate with Enterprise Coordinators (ENTCs) and Enterprise Customer Success Managers (ECSMs) to ensure onboarding timelines and deadlines are met, escalating issues to the Enterprise Operations Manager as needed. Support the onboarding specialist by acting as a point of coordination, helping to identify potential risks, monitor resource utilization, and report any challenges to relevant stakeholders. Project Coordination & Communication Work closely with the Enterprise Operations Manager to support daily project activities, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and updates. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, task lists, and schedules. Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure enterprise client needs are met throughout the migration. Documentation & Process Management Maintain comprehensive project documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases to streamline processes. Support the Enterprise Product Operations Manager in identifying and documenting process improvements that optimize client experience. Support for Enterprise Operations Team Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, trainings, and client touchpoints. Assist in gathering metrics, tracking key project performance indicators, and compiling reports to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, ideally within a SaaS, CRM, or enterprise environment. Experience supporting large-scale client projects or migrations is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse client and internal teams. Familiarity with project management tools such as , Jira, or similar platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
