Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Litigation Attorney with 5-8 years of experience in the appellate and trial courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload and achieving favorable outcomes for clients. While experience in insurance coverage litigation is a plus, it is not a prerequisite for this position. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, both in trial and appellate courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Develop and implement sophisticated legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, and appeals. Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases. Stay abreast of developments in the law and contribute to the firm's knowledge base. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 5-8 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have practiced in the appellate and trial courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Insurance coverage litigation experience is a plus but not required. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
