From admission to discharge, we manage patients through every phase of care, serving as the primary point of contact for management, guidance, and education for patients, families, and staff alike. Enjoy tremendous autonomy and close collaboration with colleagues, department faculty and graduate medical staff to advance high quality care in this fulfilling non-operative role. Shift: Flex Day Shift- 3 x 12.5-hour shifts (rotating coverage Monday-Saturday) covering: Floor management of primary service patientsPed Surgery consult requestsTrauma pager & ED response for major/minor alerts.Transfers from OSH or trauma*Please note, this in a non-operative position that will not include OR opportunities.
