Demand Planning & Amazon Operations Coordinator Based in NYC, 4 days in office • Responsible for managing and analyzing the backend of the Amazon business that ensures everything runs smoothly; encompassing: • Forecasting • Inventory Management • Fulfillment to Amazon FBA • Seller Central Case Management • Reseller Arbitrage • Analyzing Amazon sales history, in-stock rates and on-hands to ensure we are fully stocked for Amazon sales needs. Responsible for closing the gap on out of stocks and ensuring healthy inventory levels across all franchises. • Collaborating on the promotional efforts to determine stock availability and sell-thru forecasts. • Responsible for Sales Reporting delivered to team and Management. • Working with the logistics team and Seller Central to place POs for delivery to Amazon FBA; both US and Global. • Work in Seller Central to navigate product health issues, stranded inventory, returns, etc. • Monitor customer feedback and complaints for improvements and modifications needed. • Align with the Amazon Marketing Manager on creative priorities and assets needed and act as the liaison to the creative team. Work with the creative team on development of assets and videos to support the brand image and key selling needs across all franchises. • Responsible for launching, merchandising and monitoring product health across all brands • Seller central experience required
