Position: Community Relations Associate - Part Time/Non-Exempt Department: Community Relations Reports To: Manager, Youth Football Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ) Format: In-person Schedule: 20-40 hours per month, Tuesday/Thursdays 7am - 12pm and/or Saturday and Sundays between 9am - 8pm. Events will be posted a minimum 2 weeks in advance to ensure schedule availability. Summary: The Community Relations Associate (Part Time) will serve as a key touchpoint with fans for the team and our brand in the community through outreach events, programs, and initiatives. Primary Job Duties: The Community Relations Associate will have the following responsibilities, without limitation, to the following: Community Relations Assist with planning and executing team community outreach events. Assist with providing memorable moments with clients and fans for Arizona Cardinals CR Instagram. Ensure the activation areas set up and tear down is done in a timely manner. Assist community relations staff members with additional projects as needed. Youth Football Assist with the execution of NFL Flag, Youth Training Camps, and Heads Up Football. Oversee the activation of activities provided to fans such as fan zone, Arizona Cardinals Flag Football Fields. Interact and greet guests to ensure a positive fan experience. Assist with providing memorable moments with client and fans for Arizona Cardinals CR Instagram. Ensure the activation areas set up and tear down is done in a timely manner. Qualifications/Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree or working towards the completion of a degree Experience: Minimum 1 year in event operations preferred Bilingual is a plus. High energy, proactive planner with a sense of urgency, creativity, style, and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with experience in multitasking with multiple work-intensive projects. Perform under tight deadlines while thinking clearly under pressure. Proven strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. The ability to work well with people in a team environment. Reliable, punctual, and courteous. Comfortable working as part of a team, as well as independently. Able to work on your feet for long hours, as well as nights and weekends. Able to lift 50+ lbs. Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
