Summary: The Cash Management Analyst is responsible for the processing of cash related activity related to the BWE Servicing portfolio. The role works directly with senior members of the Cash Management team, Asset Managers, Escrow Managers, and Lenders ensuring timely and accurate cashflow processing for the cashiered servicing loan portfolio. Major Responsibilities: Posting and processing daily receipts and all incoming cash. Clearing and processing daily disbursements. Assist with lender and Internal Compliance Audits which may include Fannie, Freddie, Fitch, or quarterly internal audits. Input various cash transactions into Servicing System. Processing of ACH, Wires, Online Reporting, and Remote Deposit. Assist with Lender reporting and account reconciliations. Serve as backup for the Cash Management Team for various cash-related tasks. Partner effectively with the Cash Team, Asset Managers, and Escrow Managers to help maintain the integrity of the cash processing for the portfolio. Minimum Requirements: (experience, education, ksa) Five (5 ) years of experience with cash or treasury management. Relevant experience in real estate finance and loan servicing is a plus. Undergraduate business degree preferred. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience working with Salesforce or financial software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, as well as coordinate and communicate effectively in a team environment. Must be detail oriented.
