Summary:The Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve quotas. This position plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.Responsibilities:Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectivenessAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleResearch accounts and generate or follow through sales leadsEducate customers on how ScaffSource services can benefit themPresent, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesStay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growthMaintain and expand client database within your assigned territoryMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Working Conditions:Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop indoors in an office environmentUtilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessaryFrequent travel as requiredSkills & Abilities:Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managementHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackEducation & Experience:4+ years outside sales experienceProven sales experienceExperience working with SalesForce or similar systemScaffSource offers a selection of competitive benefits which include:401K plan with company , dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account.Paid time off.Paid holidays.Location of Job: US:FLExempt: YesWork Type: Full TimeWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
