Responsibilities : Serve as a Key Account Manager handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in the automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace and telecommunications industries Act as the engineering liaison to coordinate with other departments to assure all aspects of the customer experience is handled flawlessly, including Quoting, Technical Support, Order Entry and Inventory Planning Responsible for incoming technical product calls for orders, availability, quotes, pricing and technical inquiries. Process orders, forms, applications and requests. Work as a liaison between sales, manufacturing and shipping on a daily basis.
