We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and eager to contribute to strategic sourcing, employer branding initiatives, and the overall success of our Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Manage logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience. Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring they feel supported throughout the hiring process. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by anticipating needs and resolving issues. Strategic Sourcing Support: Build targeted sourcing lists and review inbound applicants in support for critical roles. Partner with recruiters to identify new sourcing channels and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. Research talent markets and suggest innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. Employer Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create engaging content that highlights company culture and values. Gather employee testimonials and success stories to use in promotional materials. Process Support: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other hiring tools. Post job descriptions to career sites, social media, and other sourcing platforms. Assist recruiters and hiring managers in tracking progress and following up on hiring timelines. Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide insights for a smoother hiring workflow. Pre-Employment Coordination: Manage background check processes and ensure compliance with all hiring policies. Coordinate offer letters and onboarding handoff with HR/People Operations. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role (prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is a plus). Experience with targeted research and sourcing. Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever) and scheduling tools like Google Calendar. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
