Summary As a Service Technician at Revel Leasing, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of multi-branded EVs. This position requires a passion for sustainable transportation and the ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. You will adeptly handle minor and significant mechanical issues, conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and sustain comprehensive knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems. Your duties will encompass adhering to proper repair order documentation protocols and utilizing the appropriate software suite to record all vehicle interactions meticulously. Effective communication and collaboration with other service team members and various stakeholders within the Rideshare organization are crucial. Basic Requirements: Completion of automotive school or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Clean driving record. Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs) Experience working in a team-based environment and achieving common goals Ability to work independently without supervision. Ability to operate basic computer and mobile-based software. Devotion to continual learning of vehicle processes and developing technologies, especially in the EV field. Must be at least 21 years of age Pluses: Vehicle wrapping experience. NYC TLC experience. ASE Certification Experience with Fleet Management Systems. Mechanic TECH C Level 1+ years of mechanical experience (w/ lift experience). Must be experienced with basic shop tools. Must be able to address all tire issues. Experience in operating a tire machine and high-speed balancer. Must be able to perform basic diagnostics. Must be able to perform basic repairs on body, suspension, and brake systems. Must have the ability to perform basic preventive maintenance. Ability to perform mobile/field work as needed. Must have the ability to create and close basic work orders. Ability to perform quality checks and test drives. *Basic tools needed Compensation and Benefits Base compensation range for this role is 24$-28$ per hour based on experience level.
