Job Description Project Lead, Information Technology Location: Arizona/Remote Job Overview: The IT Project Lead, supporting the HR application portfolio, will be involved in supporting multiple projects and enhancements working with Oracle Cloud HCM. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing complex IT projects to improve key HR processes and tools. They will work closely with both the IT and HR teams to ensure adequate documentation, planning, and communication on key initiatives. Responsibilities: Prioritize and manage project scopes, schedules, and efforts across the HR IT portfolio. Analyze and document business processes, recommend IT solutions, and develop relationships with business leaders to enhance application value. Work closely with both IT and HR stakeholders to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and rapidly respond with working solutions. Keep up to date with the most recent Oracle HCM upgrades and releases including new system features. Communicate these impacts to HR/business stakeholders. Identify areas of improvement with HR processes and recommend solutions to optimize performance and usability. Drive the change management process required to support key projects and initiatives. Assist with planning to test changes to HCM required in support of mandatory releases, upgrades, and enhancements. Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably with HR project experience. Exposure to software supporting HR processes, including Oracle HCM or equivalent BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business/Consulting, Technology, or equivalent HR background/experience a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines. Ability to present concepts to non-technical audiences in understandable terms. Remote candidates are being considered. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to commute, as needed, to our office in Scottsdale, AZ.
